When I arrived at Gwinnett Place Nissan, I was skeptical about purchasing a car because of past experiences with dealerships that we not great. So I had my guard up waiting for someone to give me the run ar about purchasing a car because of past experiences with dealerships that we not great. Mary introduced me to Michael Green who was very friendly and asked me what type of car I was looking at and listened to my concerns about purchasing a vehicle. He assured me that Gwinnett Place Nissan is all about customer satisfation. Michael and Chris the sales director, went above and beyond my car buying experience. I traded-in my vehicle that had me at a high interest rate and upside down on a 2012 Nissan Altima with a low interest rate. The interest rate was so low that I thought it was a mistake so I kept asking was it correct. The rate was correct and it left me speechless. This is my first Nissan and I'm glad I made the switch. The salesman we had at Gwinnett Place Nissan, Michael Green, was the most courteous, non-pushy car salesman I have ever met. He stayed until after 10pm answering our questions and said that they were open until the last customer left - he never rushed us. We did come back the next day and bought the Nissan Rogue, which we have been extremely pleased with, and Michael's sales manager was very honest about their best price. We didn't have to go back and forth with prices, like we have done in the past at other dealerships. Their price was even better than the best price we found on the Internet. Michael has followed up with us to see if everything is all right with our car and he was just so pleasant to work with. More
