with this message, I AM SHARING WITH YOU MY EXPERIENCE AT GWINNETT PLACE NISSAN!! also I am sharing with all other people who will check the dealer rating of this dealership before visiting your place. my complaint is very explicit and clear. let me hear what the dealership intends to do to resolve this issue and what are the measures they are ready to take to compensate me after two months of me paying every penny as interest to my credit card company which I paid for the SERVICE to Gwinnett Place Nissan!!

Dear Dealer, if you refer to my 1st post on the 9th October, 2012, already I spoke to your representative Mr. Jimmy Clark on the 3rd October 2012 prior to posting my comments here. so I DID communicate with your representative before posting my comments and shared my experience with him, giving an opportunity to resolve this issue!! till date, although I have requested him to refund my money back both verbally by phone and also by e-mail on 10th October 2012, nor did I get my money, neither an acknowledgement of my e-mail!! I stand corrected that you seriously want to dupe customers like me by refusing to pay what rightfully is ours with your ever innovative wrongful practices!!
