I would not recommend this facility to my worst enemy. On top of the service director, Jimmy Clarke being a xxxxx, most if not all of the service advisors are either clueless or extremely rude. You WILL wait forever and a day regardless of if you have an appointment. Their communication is extremely poor. The prices are outrageous, they will slap you with hidden "shop charges and disposal fees." At which those can sometime reach over $50 of your bill.
