Thanks to my hard work of cleaning, cleaning and cleaning the interior, the ventilation system, etc. along with the cleanings the dealer agreed to do, the smell is better. Not gone, but better. I appreciate the post sales effort. During the test drive the sales rep promised it would be taken care of and he did not keep his promise. When you set a customers expectation, most of us actually expect you to follow through. It is damaging to the entire team when you do not. My opinion of the sales team is very low but the service team went above and beyond.
