Solid sales and service, horrid sales management I purchased a 2015 Optima Hybrid from H and H in 2015 and the salesman (Bob) was great. He was knowledgeable, helped a lot. To add to that, I got oil I purchased a 2015 Optima Hybrid from H and H in 2015 and the salesman (Bob) was great. He was knowledgeable, helped a lot. To add to that, I got oil changes done there, again great job from a variety of individuals. However, when I traded my Kia in for a truck, lack of care or training or both took place. I went to the dealer to get reimbursed for my service contract (GAP, extended warranty, etc.) And the managers didn't seem to care or had no knowledge of the topic at hand. Hugh was the first one, and he told me that I'd receive that check in 1-2 weeks. 4 weeks go by, nothing. That money was supposed to go towards putting tags on my new truck. So now that expense has to go on my credit card .I go back and speak with Rob, who says it normally takes 6-8 weeks and that he would call and get an update for me by noon the next day. 3:30 pm, no call. I go back and talk to Kyle, who finally gets me an update that the check was mailed. The lack of attention to detail astonished me because they had been wonderful prior to this. However, once I got a new car, their care for my we'll being and peace of mind didn't seem to be there. Incredibly unfortunate especially given that I've sent 2 or 3 people their way to purchase vehicles. Incredibly disappointed how this relationship with them has gone downhill fast. More
