After shopping around and visting another local KIA dealer Lake Manawa over in Council Bluffs, I found that Jon Jansen and his Manager Andy at H & H KIA were by far the best, didn't give me any run aro dealer Lake Manawa over in Council Bluffs, I found that Jon Jansen and his Manager Andy at H & H KIA were by far the best, didn't give me any run around, and gave me the best deal on my new 2011 Optima EX. I don't normally do surveys, but I feel this one is important. I have never had a good experience with car dealerships or sales people until visiting HH Kia and Dave Holmes. We bought a 2010 Forte in August of 2009 and just traded it in for a 2012 Sorento. From the first visit to the dealership Dave let me look at, drive, and had all answers for us for the vehicles we were interested in. The warranty is great and the service department is exceptional with the work they do. If all of my buying experiences were as pleasant as these I would not have had such negative opinions of dealerships all these years. If and when I am ready for another vehicle I will return to HH Kia. I will also highly recommend Dave Holmes and HH Kia to any friends and family members who are interested in a new vehicle. Recently I received a call from Lake Manawa Kia saying that they were having a big sale on all of their Kia vehicles. I told them I would drive over and we would see what their deal was the next day. I we that they were having a big sale on all of their Kia vehicles. I told them I would drive over and we would see what their deal was the next day. I went over and they gave me their best deal, however since I bought my 2008 Kia Optima at Kia of Omaha (now H&H Kia) I thought I would give them a chance. I stopped in at Kia of Omaha and talked with a salesman who kept playing the game that H&H is known for...the "let me go talk to my manager" game. I told him the deal that Lake Manawa offered but he still insisted on playing this game. After a while he said that they would only give me X amount for my car because it had been in a wreck. My response to him was that they fixed the car in their shop so how could I take a hit for that. He just said that was the best they could do. I asked to speak with the manager and he went to check to see if he would come out. He wouldn't so my next statement was that I was going to go to Lake Manawa and take the deal that they had. I was getting up to leave and the salesman shook my hand and said he was sorry, I then looked over the top of the cubicle and saw the manager hiding behind the cubicle listening to the conversation. Anyhow I went and bought the car from Lake Manawa from a lady named Michelle and my savings over there after trade and them working out a deal for me was a whopping $6500.00 difference on the exact same car that I drove at H&H. Thanks for the great deal Lake Manawa and thanks H&H for showing me which company is better. I will not be giving H&H another chance for my business in the future in fact I can't believe that they are even able to sell cars out of that location with those tactics. More
