I was still on the website shopping when Mackenzie called to talk about what we needed. Randi called back to see if we could come down for an appraisal and we did. We were greeted at the door by Randi and we were short and sweet in telling him what we needed. He talked to his people and told us our blunt options. No hoops, no frustration. Our son was happy with the treats and coco. jeurge was great with our financing telling us all our options and costs. I am very happy with my adulting today and glad we had a great experience. I had in my mind 4 conditional terms I would purchase a vehicle (without telling Casey), and he nailed them all. The exact car I wanted, pricing/terms, no pressure, and no pushy obnoxious used car salesman pitch. Casey was so encouraging and laid back, no pressure or overbearing sales push, truly delightful personality and character, and he delivered on all four. Great purchase and lease options! Everyone is very friendly. I leased my first Kia two years ago. I was very impressed with the car and service that H&H provided.
