The new vehicle was ready when I arrived, cleaned up with a full tank of gas, and they honored their trade-in offer with no attempt to renegotiate. Because I was not able to get a pre-purchase inspection done before I bought the vehicle, I had my local mechanic conduct an inspection when I got home, including looking for any discrepancies to their written report. There were no meaningful differences and the vehicle is in excellent condition - no problems whatsoever. They handled the registration and title work efficiently as well.
