HBI Auto turned around a very difficult situation for me. My car needed some really significant work done and they had to manage the local Porsche dealership for me. Asked twice to send email of recommended services and never did. Reported nail in sidewall of tire and said it could not be plugged; quoted $450 to replace tire. They sold me a lemon. I had the car for 4 weeks when it stopped accepting fuel. They came to pick it up and have now had it for 10 weeks. When I called yet again today to ask when I was getting my car back - which I’ve done every week for the last six weeks since they aren’t communicating regularly with me or getting the job done - they told me that it still wasn’t completely fixed. I told them to forget about it and get me my car back. They told me they couldn’t have to delivered until a week from now. Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable. More
