Asked twice to send email of recommended services and never did. Reported nail in sidewall of tire and said it could not be plugged; quoted $450 to replace tire. They sold me a lemon. I had the car for 4 weeks when it stopped accepting fuel. They came to pick it up and have now had it for 10 weeks. When I called yet again today to ask when I was getting my car back - which I’ve done every week for the last six weeks since they aren’t communicating regularly with me or getting the job done - they told me that it still wasn’t completely fixed. I told them to forget about it and get me my car back. They told me they couldn’t have to delivered until a week from now. Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable. More
