The car arrived in immaculate condition and the entire team was helpful, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the process. I decided to have XPEL paint protection film added before delivery and the installation quality was top-tier with great attention to detail. The Cayman has been an absolute blast to drive and I’d confidently recommend HBi Auto to anyone shopping for a Porsche. More

Bought a green GT4 RS from HBi Auto and worked directly with Billy. They did install full body PPF and window tint which turned out great. Overall, solid experience. The car showed up exactly how it was with Billy. They did install full body PPF and window tint which turned out great. Overall, solid experience. The car showed up exactly how it was described, which was my biggest concern buying remotely. Communication was straightforward and they stayed on top of everything without me having to chase updates. Process was pretty smooth—paperwork, transport, all handled without a bunch of back and forth. No surprises when the car arrived. If you’re in the market for a Porsche and don’t want to deal with the usual dealership runaround, they’re worth talking to. More
Do Not Buy! !! RUN!!! The car youll buy has been sitting out in the yard, unprotected. Theres no warranty on the car besides the manufacture, they make you buy th !! RUN!!! The car youll buy has been sitting out in the yard, unprotected. Theres no warranty on the car besides the manufacture, they make you buy their warranty which you cant even use! I bought a 2020 taycan 4s with 8k miles and the car is total xxxx! Came with a huge scratch on the side that wasnt disclosed, the dash is lifting and the shocks went bad! I am furious! And I had a perfect Chase loan that they didnt accept!!! Made me go through Ally Auto at 9.99%! and guess what? it has daily interest so my interest never goes down!Only up!!! How? Because Ally Auto buys the contract from the dealership so they continue to make money of of you! Total xxxx!!!! And I paid 3k for delivery that was suppose to be a closed trailer and instead it was open with a bunch of other cars, not what I paid for!!! More
I am posting this review regarding a separate transaction with HBI Auto involving a warranty (service contract) that I paid for as part of a vehicle purchase. The purchase agreement clearly reflects that with HBI Auto involving a warranty (service contract) that I paid for as part of a vehicle purchase. The purchase agreement clearly reflects that I paid approximately $5,000 for this warranty. After later trading that vehicle in, I contacted the warranty company directly to request cancellation and was informed that the contract was in a “pending / not funded” status (unpaid). In other words, despite paying for the warranty, the warranty company confirmed that it was never funded. I followed up with HBI Auto regarding this issue. I have not received any documentation showing that the warranty was ever funded, and I have not received a refund for the warranty that I paid for. I was told by the dealership that the warranty funds had been incorporated into the trade value of the vehicle “to make the deal work.” There was no prior discussion of this, and no documentation provided at the time of the transaction indicating that the warranty funds were being treated this way. I also spoke with the finance manager, who refused to issue a refund for the warranty payment. At this point, I paid approximately $5,000 for a warranty that the warranty company confirmed was never funded, and a refund was completely refused. I am requesting one of the following: Documentation that the warranty was funded and properly canceled, or A refund of the funds paid for the warranty I have documentation supporting these facts, and this issue remains unresolved. Separately, in a different transaction, I purchased a vehicle that was represented as stock but was later found to have an aftermarket Cobb ECU and PDK tune installed. The prior owner confirmed that the Cobb AccessPort was included when the vehicle was traded in. The AccessPort was not provided with the vehicle, leaving no way to manage or remove the tune. I contacted HBI Auto regarding this and received no meaningful assistance. Resolving this will require additional cost through a Porsche dealer to return the vehicle to stock or several thousand dollars to obtain a new Cobb Accessport to marry to the vehicle. More
