I bought the vehicle from Nissan Kendall on the 26th 2025 of June. And I did not leave with the car that day,they told me they needed to receive a check from my credit union and it needed to be clear first b of June. I went to pick the car on the July 2 something was wrong with the hood, so I left the car there so it can't be fix. Between buying the car and getting the hood fixed it was almost 2 weeks without a car. I still had to catch an Uber to work and home.I picked the vehicle up on the 8th of July. And on July 17th the vehicle stopped working, this is 2020 Nissan Altima with only 55m. I had to call AAA to take the car to the dealership. On July 18th 2025 I've been calling all day to find out the status of the vehicle, I even try calling to speak to the guy that sell the car to me.but no one will call me back. So I end up talking to a young lady from service like around 1:00p.m,I told her I will be there in 10 minutes and she could explain everything to me. She told me that I needed a new engine. Remember I only had the car only a week ago, how the xxxx I needed a new engine.. my credit union pay cash money for that vehicle. So I asked to speak to a sale manager and I told him about it that there was not professional they already got the money,. I wanted my money back or they give me another car. He keeps saying I bought the car month ago. how the xxxx could I buy a car a month ago and I have proof that I bought the car on 26. He said the computer would not lie and that really pissed me off my whole attitude just changed. because I just went and pick the car up on the 8th. He said that the car have warranty lifetime it is covered, if they do not covered the the dealership will cover it.You know from the time I was buying the car it was a lot of signs. Even the sale guy was having attitude with me because I'm telling him about the vehicle because I'm very picky. If I'm buying something from y'all and you giving me attitude because I am talking about what's wrong with the car. so I asked if I could get a loaner so I can get back and forth to work. The sales manager said as soon as he get approval to fix the car he was see if I'll be able to get a loaner. Remember I'm going to be taking Ubers they're not going to be paying me for going back and forth to work or doing the things that I need to do. From the time I bought the car and now I'm very disappointed because I talked to three sale managers one about the check, the next one about the hood and now about getting my car fixed. So I called my credit union and I let them know what is going on. They are not professional, very rude and not trying enough to please their I am not stupid.and after this I would not suggest any of my friends or family to buy a vehicle from them. More
This was our third car with Nissan in general, 2nd with HGreg. Started to have problems the car dropping in neutral while driving at any speeds. My transaction, which began on December 30, 2024, was handled with repeated delays, miscommunication, and a complete lack of professionalism. I purchased a 2020 Subaru Legacy (VIN: 4S4BTANC9L3260050) and completed all necessary paperwork, including financing through my credit union. As part of the deal, my trade-in was sold, and the loan was paid off. However, the dealership failed to deliver the vehicle in a timely manner, continuously pushing the delivery date with vague assurances that it would be ready “next week.” After nearly two months of waiting, I received a sudden call from Haddi, the General Sales Manager, on February 7, 2025, informing me that the vehicle could not be repaired and that they would need to unwind the deal. While frustrating, I was at least relieved that they had agreed to issue a refund. Unfortunately, that relief was short-lived, as they have since delayed and failed to process my refund. Despite numerous follow-ups and even sending a formal demand letter on February 12, 2025, I have yet to receive any portion of my refund or a clear timeline for resolution. Instead, I have been met with more delays, as the dealership has stated that processing my refund could take anywhere from two weeks to a month. In the meantime, I am still responsible for an active loan with my credit union that should have been closed once the refund was issued. This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. The lack of transparency, accountability, and urgency from HGreg Nissan Kendall has caused significant financial hardship and frustration. A reputable dealership should stand by its commitments, especially when a customer’s finances are at stake. I strongly urge anyone considering a purchase from HGreg Nissan Kendall to proceed with extreme caution. Based on my experience, their promises cannot be trusted, and their customer service is severely lacking. More
They intentionally deceived me by clearing the codes on my truck prior to its sale. I tried to call them several times the most recent been on hold for 20 something minutes just be told they couldn’t help me and they’d call me back. One of the worst experiences with a car dealer! I live in northern Broward County and saw they had an Armada that was exactly what we were looking for. When I spoke with Kevin on the phone, I explained I was interested in THAT Armada. He said they had. I told him I would drive down (over an hour). When I got to the dealer, I spoke with another sales person. It was only then I learned the vehicle I was interested in was a demo and one of the managers had it and was not at the dealership, so I couldn't look at the vehicle. He wanted me to work a deal without ever seeing the vehicle! I said I would let him run the numbers, but wasn't doing anything until I saw the vehicle. He brought another Armada for me to look at, but it was not the one I was interested in. I told him to run the numbers and see where we were at. He told me I HAD to take the vehicle for a test drive before he could run the numbers. Mind you, I have a 2021 Armada, EXACTLY like the one he showed me. I told him I just drove an hour in mine and am very familiar with the vehicle as there have been no changes since 2021! I also told him, I was looking for a second car and if the numbers were right on the Armada, I would be getting that second car from him as well. When he came back with the numbers, it was more than I was willing to pay for a "used" vehicle. He told me the manager had for two months and there were over 2K miles on it. Needless to say, we left without buying any cars. I truly got the feeling I was bothering him, and he could care less if he sold a car! Needless to say, I will never go there again and would not recommend them. To not tell me the vehicle I was interested in was a demo and let me drive all the way down there to see a vehicle that wasn't even on property just shows the kind of dealership they are! On a side note - that day on the way home, I stopped at Gunther VW in Coconut Creek and bought the second car I was willing to buy from HGreg. That was an great car buying experience! More

It was at the dealership for two weeks correction because supposely the vechicle was checked before they sold it according to the sale person,that every vechicle that leaves the lot are all sercice. The car only a few months later had issues with the check engine light and the AC was busted. The car is 10k and the fixes alone were 1.3k for the check engine and 4.5k to fix the AC. I bit the bullet and got the check engine fixed for 1.3k just to then have the car returned to me in much WORSE conditions as the car battery even turned off on me while driving. I sent the car back and the service director Julio in 2 minutes knew what was wrong with the car and even admitied that it is too early for the AC to be having these issues. They decide to fix the rest of the issues that should’ve been fixed on the first visit and zero reimbursement for the inconvenience. Then Julio spoke with the GM Chris who then tried to flip the issue on me even tho the only people that have serviced the car is their service team. He then said he would speak with his team to see what they can do. The best they can do is bring down the cost of the AC to 2k which is still expensive but I can afford it. So i then bring the car in on a Tuesday for the fix and leave it there. Radio silence for a few days, so I go ahead and call in to check. Now just to find out the piece they need for the repair is on backorder. If I never called, I would’ve never been notified. Then I am told they will call me back that same day inregards to a loaner car. Again radio silence for a few days so I have to call back in. Just to find out that there are no loaner cars available. If I never called them, I would never be noticed. I had to request for my car back in the same condition it was in so I can drive to work after I spent a whole week wasting money on Uber and Lyft to get around. Not once have I been offered any assistance for the inconvenience or any communication from the service team and I have spoke with Julio the director of Service, Ariel the manager in sales and The general manager Chris and NO ONE in upper management here has provided any help. Please do NOT buy a car here. They may provide a good deal but the cars are not serviced correctly and you will end up paying more in repairs then for the car. For the same money I have spent, I could’ve gotten a brand new car. More
