JUNE 2020 I bought my first car from this dealership and it’s not even 6 months and I’m having issues worse experience ever I bought a 2018 Nissan Pathfinder the axle is messed up, the ignition a lot of smo it’s not even 6 months and I’m having issues worse experience ever I bought a 2018 Nissan Pathfinder the axle is messed up, the ignition a lot of smoke coming from it I drove all the way from Tennessee to purchase the suv and the most I drive it was back home to Tennessee and I drive it to work I hardly do long distance I feel so hurt I paid $4000 down my credit score was 700 up same as my husband because we co-signed and they did us so dirty they gave us a messed up car I started noticing after 3 months after purchasing the car I’m a young mom trying now I have to be spending so much money to fix this van. And my sales person sucked he didn’t explain anything to me he said there was nothing wrong with it I am so disappointed because I spent my whole weekend just to get it and now I am so disappointed 😢 it’s really unfair to just buy a car and I have to be spending so much to fix it More
Talked to Natalie, gave the stock number, I was assured the car was available and the car wasn't there when I arrived. Drove an hour for nothing. Bait and switch tactics. I went yesterday to do a test drive, I had an appointment at specific time, after confirming thru text messages, I waited like 20 minutes for the salesman to bring the key to the car that I was going to test at specific time, after confirming thru text messages, I waited like 20 minutes for the salesman to bring the key to the car that I was going to test drive. We are in the middle of the pandemic and as I my surprised, I noticed few of the employees not wearing a mask and most of them wearing only covering their mouth, not the nose. I approached to the manager, Ariel Infante, to let him know my concerns about safety, and he answered me in a defensive mood, not apologetical at all. In matter of fact he was rude, he denied it, he even said that the customers have to use it. I asked for his name and left his office. Shortly, he came to me telling me that this is a private company that does not allowed to take pictures, he said his people told him I did take pictures. He lied, because I never did, I even offered him to show my phone and he denied to see it. I felt very uncomfortable there, not safe and disrespected by the manager accusing me of something I did not do. I will do my car shopping somewhere else. More

I want to share my experience as a satisfied customer of Hgreg Nissan Kendall. I was not entertaining the purchase of a vehicle as I thought that my credit score would not be sufficient. We initially wen Hgreg Nissan Kendall. I was not entertaining the purchase of a vehicle as I thought that my credit score would not be sufficient. We initially went to another Nissan dealer where our credit was ran & we got a round about figure of how much our payments would be, it was not in our budget so we decided to leave & not make a deal. I then thought about Hgreg Nissan Kendall. I was extremely hesitant about reaching out to Hgreg Nissan Kendall as they are soooo far from me. I went ahead and made the phone call, I spoke to the salesman (Joe Torres) where he assured me they would beat or at least try to make a deal I couldn't walk away from. He accommodated me as much as he could via the phone so I wouldn't have to make a trip down there if I wasn't completely content. He gathered all the required information from me as well as exchanging the vehicles info with me so I could get insurance quotes to make sure I was within my budget. I felt so bad as I had so many questions & concerns however he answered all my calls & professionally put to rest all doubts/confusions I may of had. After an exhausting 5 days of back & forth communications, number configurations & insurance changes I was convinced to come in & make a deal. The professionalism was at an all time HIGH. From the salesmen: Joe Torres & Ismael Costafreda, the Finance director: Darryl Garrib & the Finance Manager Zadiel Alfonso. My entire experience was nothing less than EXCELLENT! So EXCELLENT that we purchased 2 vehicles. I will definitely recommend to ALL family, friends, coworkers & anyone else I can spread the excellent experience to! 5 STARS!!!!!! More

WARNING........DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE. I took my Nissan Frontier for a diagnostic check cause it kept stalling and they gave me a diagnosis of faulty catalytic converters. They wanted to ch took my Nissan Frontier for a diagnostic check cause it kept stalling and they gave me a diagnosis of faulty catalytic converters. They wanted to charge me $4200 to to complete the job, obviously that was an outrageously/ridiculous price, so I ordered the parts myself and had a certified mechanic put them on for me. After the mechanic took the catalytic converters out he told me the inside looked fine so he did not believe they were defective. Sure enough, after everything was on, the car still had the same problem. The mechanic came to the conclusion that it was the trucks ECU that was not working. I called Nissan and spoke to a manger by the name of Rudy and I explained to him how they had misdiagnosed my truck so I requested a refund to help cover for all the unnecessary expenses due to their incompetence. He rudely refused and said they are not responsible for misdiagnosing my truck. On a positive note, the service advisor, Liandy, who assisted me was very professional, helpful and understanding. Rudy should learn from him. More
