Part of the delay is they will try to screw you over with nonsense dealer fees. They have a "sanitation fee" for COVID for several hundred dollars. Ridiculous. In addition I took my car for a simple oil change and they damaged my front fender. They refused to fix. And there response to my damage was "can you prove it" by the manager. Horrible customer service. When I drove up to the service station the attendant tell me "give me your keys." More

I went to the dealer to check a car, Kia Niro with an assigned salesperson. I took his business card before leaving the dealer. I called the dealer and spoke to a person responsible for the internet ads, she said the salesperson was busy. I asked her to pass on a message to the sales and management to give me a call back on the same day. Unfortunately, I still not getting any responses. Very disappointing with poor communication skills and lack of business professionalism. More
