Rodrigo, This comment does not align with our actual interaction. When we raised these concerns with you directly and in person, no meaningful solutions were offered. The only option presented was to unwind the deal, despite the issues being the result of misrepresentation and unfulfilled promises by your staff. Given that context, it is difficult to view this response as anything other than reactive. We attempted to address these concerns through the appropriate internal channels at the time and were met with dismissal rather than accountability. If the goal truly is resolution and customer trust, that opportunity existed well before this public response. Additionally, when I explicitly asked for a way to escalate this matter beyond the dealership level, I was provided with an incorrect email address for your superior. That further undermined confidence that a genuine resolution was being pursued and reinforced the impression that escalation was being intentionally discouraged. This response does not change the reality of how this situation was handled when it mattered most.

Worse place to purchase a car. I bought a car for my 16 year granddaughter. Purchased the car on a Saturday. Monday morning the car was making a clicking noise. I was so disappointed that my granddaughter was not able to drive her car. I went and had an auto exam to done on the car they discovered that the control arms were bad and a bad tire and other engine issues. I called told me to bring the car back in. I took the back they hand the car week and didn’t not fix any of the problems that were noted. I ask so what was fixed I was told all the issues on the exam report was done (that was a lie) I ask for a copy of the work order they told me they could not give me a report. I get home and the car does not start I have tried to resolve this matter in a professional manner Jason the General Manager would not return my calls.

What behooves me is HGreg’s main focus is selling an extended warranty and then tell you to use the extended warranty for things that should have been fixed by Hgreg before selling you a car. So all I hear is well you purchased an extended warranty so use it for whatever needs to be fixed. This is very humiliating I did not purchase a car to have to have fixed a few days later and definitely not have to use the extended warranty I purchased the have to pay a deductible to have the items fixed. I took the car back they gave me a battery which they knew the battery was already a bad battery the. Talked to me real crazy because I told them I was not going to remove my comment intil I have the car taken back and have to pay out my pocket to have another exam The Houston location is very unprofessional when you try to be professional with them. I hate I purchased a car from Hgreg. Strong words thanks for ruining my 16 year old Birthday
