She took the time to answer my questions, helped me through the process, and made the entire experience much easier and more comfortable. What impressed me most was her attitude and the way she treated me throughout the purchase. She was responsive, straightforward, and genuinely seemed to care that I was happy with the truck and comfortable with the deal.
