Needless to say, when it came to the Finance Department, with Nelson and Jasmine it was very difficult in processing my paper work. They kept insisting that I needed a bank statement with my address on it. I provided other documents such as payroll stubs, W-2, Medical cards. They said none of them were sufficient. Jasmine stated that if they didn't receive the bank statement, that my application would have a 50% chance of being denied. I feel these individuals need a refresher course on customer service" being more compassionate towards your potential customers. After waiting for about 4 hours. I finally got to meet with Alex R, Who called the bank and verified what documents I needed and they said anything that had my address on it was sufficient.
