After we decided on a vehicle we were handed over to Jasmine Figueroa in the financing department. She was equally as informative and helpful and answered all our questions and made suggestions without being pushy. We left with a vehicle that we took to get checked that day. Jasmine gave us information about the tire and wheel package and extended warranty. We purchased both warranties and they have been so helpful. Less than a week later we had 4 nails in our tire and Mercedes honored the warranty. If we did not have the warranty it would have cost us 350.00!!! Both these women were so helpful and understanding. We left with a car we absolutely love and the process was way less stressful than it could have been because of their care and understanding. We would definitely consider being repeat customers. More
