Unlike most dealerships that call you too many times hassling you about prices or deals trying to pressure you into a purchase, this dealership took a laid back approach letting you call the shots. From the moment you walk in, the environment is relaxed, inviting, and very friendly. I'm 25, a recent college grad, and a first time car buyer. I walked in very afraid that I'd be pushed around or bullied into buying something I wasn't comfortable with, something expensive, or something I couldn't afford in the long term. What I got was Moises - the kindest, most respectful, and helpful associate. He was ever patient - letting me walk around the lot test driving as many cars as I wanted and offering his knowledgeful advice until I finally found the right one. Moises was amazing at giving great suggestions and being patient - making sure I was ready ready before moving onto the next step in the process. I would highly recommend him to any and everyone! The car I purchased was more than $1,000 below the kelly blue book price, was a 2016 model with only 20,000 miles, and was absolutely everything I wanted! Amazing Experience! My husband and I went to HGreg last night to check out a couple of cars I’ve been researching. Upon arrival, we were greeted and quickly paired up wit My husband and I went to HGreg last night to check out a couple of cars I’ve been researching. Upon arrival, we were greeted and quickly paired up with Yazmin! She was so kind and polite, she made it very clear that her mission was to help us find the right car and meet our needs. I already knew the make/model of the car I wanted and we quickly pulled up the inventory, which showed a new addition! When she first went to see where the car was located it was determined that it was nearly done being serviced. Jorge and Yazmin worked quickly together to get the car out for us to view! I was so happy and surprised at how quickly they were able to make it happen, as I would have expected to potentially have to come back the next day to see it. The car is the exact one I’ve been wanting! Their inventory is astounding! Anyway, Yazmin allowed us ample time to inspect the car, take a look at all of the features, and then we got to test drive. While doing this, Yazmin had arranged for my trade in to be appraised to save time, which was very efficient. The test drive was very relaxing and allowed us the opportunity to experience a variety of conditions (higher speed, low speed, curvy roads, etc.) it was very convenient! We knew that we really wanted to get the car when we returned and got to work filling everything out. The process was quick and easy, especially since they were already connected with Capital One financing (which I had pre-approval for already). After we finalized everything, I met with finance and hashed out payments. They worked with my husband and I to get the price where we felt comfortable. Not once did I ever feel pressure during this experience! At the end, Sigrid was wonderful in assisting us with transferring my existing insurance to my new vehicle. She was so helpful and kind! Everyone we interacted with throughout our experience was so kind, helpful and friendly. HGreg is definitely a place we will return to in the future when my husband is ready to purchase his car!
