I did a lot of price checking online & had narrowed it down to HGreg & Offleas. My best friend had made a purchase with one granddaughter @ Offlease as well as her son made 2 purchases@ Offlease. My first stop was HGreg but zi was determined not to be pressured & I wasn't! I sat in my truck in customer parking for about 10 minutes, truthfully expecting the vuktures to circle. Nope! I got out & walked to the door with no obe approaching. Walked in to a well lit open lobby. Friendly greetings & introduced to Marcos. He was very helpful & patient as we looked up 2 of the vehicles I was interested in. Only 1 was available for test drive so off we went. Very good test drive area too! Was given print outs of CarFax on both vehicles & left. NO pressure. I told Marcos I wanted to drive other vehicle before deciding. No problem! No calls bugging me, just a friendly voicemail 3 days later. I did go to OffLease but only got 2 feet inside & did an about face out the door! It was not inviting! Too claustrophobic & too many people! It was busy @ HGreg too but way nicer! Everyone @ HGreg was super helpful & friendly & I never felt pressured! No commission & their prices are so good, they don't have to pressure people! Just help them! What a refreshing difference! I was able to take car to my mechanic too with a 3 day-300 mile return policy! All is good & I'm thrilled with my "new" used car! Comparables in area I saved 2-3thousand dollars! I told my self i would make sometime to check it out. And may I say unbelievable the service and how easy they made it to buy a car. The thought Marcos put out to get me into the right car was amazing. When i entered HGreg i was clue less, no idea what kind of car I wanted. Considering I’m a 21 year old girl I had no idea about cars just what looked nice to my eye and what didn’t. I think I made him pull like 6 cars before i actually fell in love with my BMW. What I loved about this place and caught my attention was that if anything was wrong with the car any services would have been needed to be made they would take care of it right there and then before driving the car off the lot. And each car he pulled he would give me the car fax and his personal opinon which helped a lot. Helped me think about the future. He completely treated me like if i was his daughter and that thought was amazing. Because I remember buying my first car at offlease only and I asked for a different sales person because he was so dry. This time at HGreg i enjoyed the entire experience. Not only that. The lot is much more cleaner. They have great quality cars and many you can find without any damages reported or accident reports. I would recommend HGreg and Marcos 100 percent! Thank you! More
