Lastly, the prep department doesn’t clean the vehicle the way I would expect them to do, especially since they charge $899 for prep! The reason I’m giving 4 stars is the quality of the vehicles they have and the prices can’t be beat, even with the extra fees. More

Josh took the helm by explaining the car buying process in detail to avoid any surprises and then following up to ensure I had no concerns. Crista worked tirelessly and after hours to ensure I receive the documents needed after receiving new information of items required from my insurance company and then Leo took additional time AFTER the sale was complete to answer questions and provide last minute customer service which is so lacking in many service industries today.
