I found a car I really liked and I eneded up purchasing it. While I was at the dealership they assured me the only reason the light came on about the tires was because of a broken sensor, which they claimed to have "fixed". When we got back home to South Carolina, we found out all four tires were different sizes and I need a complete break job. They claim to run extensive tests to make sure every car is in good condition, which obviously isn't true. More

The dealership told us a full inspection was done on the car. When we made it home, the car kept losing air in one of the rear tires. It had no treads and had even been patched. When we took it to purchase a new tire, we were told all four tires were different sizes. The breaks needed to be replaced and the oil needs changed. This was all within two weeks of purchasing the car. When we called to report this to a manager, he kept saying so what do you want me to do about it. This doesn't seem like a very honest place to buy a car. More

Started Great, Ended Terribly I had an excellent time purchasing my car with Chuck in orlando, upon purchasing the car and bringing it home, I noticed that a fog light was out, aft I had an excellent time purchasing my car with Chuck in orlando, upon purchasing the car and bringing it home, I noticed that a fog light was out, after opening the hood I also noticed that a headlight was out. I looked over this and simply replaced them, even though I was told that the each vehicle had been meticulously evaluated. After getting home, I locked the car doors and noticed that my two front doors remained unlocked. Being new to the vehicle I attempted to see if this was due to a setting in the cars menu. It wasn’t, I suppose that they not only looked over my cars two bulbs being out but also somehow missed that the front driver and passenger lock actuators where also out. I brought the car back a week later at the managers request. I was told that it would take a bit to evaluate and that the would let me know if it was something that needed to be scheduled to fix or if they could do it that day. I waited for 2 hours before the manager returned to tell me that the where fixing it but that it would take some time (a few hours). I arrived at the dealer that day at 9:30, it was now 11:40. I left the dealer and went to lunch and called around 2 after hearing nothing from the manager or service department. When I called the service department they said it would take til 3PM! it is now 3:30PM, no feedback, no follow up and no car. What a WASTE of a day. More
