Fantastic experience!!! I went in for a specific car I saw online but when I got there someone else was in the process of buying it. I was so disappointed but my salesperson, I went in for a specific car I saw online but when I got there someone else was in the process of buying it. I was so disappointed but my salesperson, Yaxmin, was wonderful. She was patient and understanding. She took me out to the lot and walked around with me inn 44 degree weather trying to find something else I might like. In the end, the other person didn't buy the car I wanted so I did. From the beginning, Marcos went to work to ease the car buying process and my pretensions. He may have been unaware of my predisposition, but he was very informative and intuitive. He was able to probably ascertain that my wife and I wanted to have some space as we looked at cars. He gave us space as well as gave us the tools to make an informed choice. You can look up every car online and get all the details about that car you want. This made narrowing our search easier and gave us more confidence in purchasing our new car. Marcos is a great listener and was extremely helpful in our search and then very helpful with closing the deal and working with the other staff to finish the car buying process. We even got a great tip from the loan officer on a local bank that provided short-term loans for less than 1%. We got that loan and now my wife has a new (used) car that she loves.
