Chasity, our sales rep was the best: change our minds last minute and wanted to see a different car and she showed no sign of frustration. Johny was quick to do our paperwork(it was late and we were really ready to go)but he said he would email the info and he hasn't yet. I also haven't received my new registration. I did have issues with my car battery the day after purchasing but Chasity did a lot of the back and forth work for me on getting it towed to the dealer and it was even her day off. Long story short, the service department replaced my battery with the wrong size so I will need to replace it again soon. The service guy also told me he would email me a service record and never did because "the system was down." Now it feels like he just didn't want me to see that it was the wrong size. More
