I got the impression that they may be getting more traffic than they predicted as there were a lot of customers and a few delays once the buying process started. The main person we worked with was Benny. He was very consultative, provided a lot of information and took his time to make sure we were comfortable. He had knowledge of the products and process and was easy to work with. When we made our decision we were confident in the selection based on the experience with Benny. Enormous selection at basically trade in prices. While searching for used trucks through Autotrader and CarGurus, We noticed that HGreg had a high quantity of used truck meeting our specifications at While searching for used trucks through Autotrader and CarGurus, We noticed that HGreg had a high quantity of used truck meeting our specifications at better prices than anywhere else. We arrived and looked around the front lot without being approached which was pleasant. When we were ready to ask about two vehicles on our list that were not on the front lot we went in to the building and checked in. Robert Espejo was assigned to us. We told him which vehicles we wanted to see and he had them brought up to see and take a test drive. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the HGreg process. We drove the two trucks and were given sufficient time to inspect the vehicle before proceeding to finance. I do realize that weekends are busy and that finance does take time. I have no complaints about that process. The only reason I did not give HGreg five stars is that we did not appreciate the insurance marketing after purchase. They couldn't beat our rate and it took at least 30 minutes. In addition, the car detailing took over an hour and when the care was delivered no one remembered that we needed to transfer the plate from our old car to the new truck and turn in the keys to the trade in. We arrived at 1:30 and did not leave until after 6:30. That is WAY too long. More

Great experience with a different kind of dealership I liked the business-like nature of the transaction. No playing games like a regular car dealership. Everything right up front and negotiations were I liked the business-like nature of the transaction. No playing games like a regular car dealership. Everything right up front and negotiations were handled at one sitting. Also, they were extremely responsive to our requests with regard to the things in our eyes that needed to be done to the vehicle, specifically detailing. After the deal was signed and sealed and in preparation for delivery, they spent almost 2 hours cleaning and detailing the vehicle using every machine and product available, front to back, inside and out, to make our used vehicle look nearly new. I know this because I went back and watched the detailing crew have at it. While we waited they let us take my trade-in and go have a bite to eat. Didn't really have to do that for us. Finally, walking the lot is like going to a car show. They have seemingly every vehicle from Supercars to Smartcars, and lots of them. All with prices clearly stated on the windsheild. Its an impressive operation. More

I will not recommend anybody to go HGreg They show me the car with no accident One owner clean so I trust them and I buy the car but when I check with my mechanic and he ran the vehicle in They show me the car with no accident One owner clean so I trust them and I buy the car but when I check with my mechanic and he ran the vehicle inspection I realize has previous accident So I went back and talk to the manager and told him a it has accident he said he cannot do anything with it Or he give me the option to trade into another vehicle and pay more money But I already paid full price for the accident car I Pay highest dealership fee for horrible services So I will recommend you to go somewhere else to buy a car More
