Best experience ever!! I'm not going to lie, i was not looking forward to spending my only day off at a dealership knowing the long hours and annoying it could be but going I'm not going to lie, i was not looking forward to spending my only day off at a dealership knowing the long hours and annoying it could be but going to Hgreg was the best decision we made. They made us feel at home and it went so smooth, did not wait long, every step was very quick. Moises Cintron was awesome , you can tell he was very concern that we left the dealer with the right car and satisfied with our decision. Kashif did great helping us out with the financial part answering all our questions and getting us the best price. I like how they treat us like we were part of the family and not another customer. Definitely will send anyone to Hgreg! More

No professionalism I purchased my vehicle here and was surprised at how fast and easy the process was. I did come with pre-approved financing but it still was an easy pr I purchased my vehicle here and was surprised at how fast and easy the process was. I did come with pre-approved financing but it still was an easy process. Unfortunately things went south from there. The vehicle shook extremely bad from the steering wheel while I was driving, so much so it was like a massage. But I was willing to deal with that. Then the charging ports in the vehicle were not working, okay, I can maybe deal with that. Then i attempted to get a warranty on the vehicle through the manufacturer which i was told i could, only to find out I was lied to. Needless to say I was not happy. But what made me extremely pissed was no one returned my calls, texts or anything during the first day and a half that I was trying to reach them. I sent an email which of course had a time stamp and miraculously someone called within an hour. I paid for the vehicle to be shipped back to the dealership as I live out of town and they never even advised that they had received the vehicle. But low and behold the vehicle was already back on their website. I had plans to just swap my vehicle and get another one but after this dealing, I'd never purchase anything from them again. More

Worst cat buying experience ever! This dealership claims to have the best customer support in the industry but it is far from that. When you are looking to buy a car they seem respons This dealership claims to have the best customer support in the industry but it is far from that. When you are looking to buy a car they seem responsive but after that it is all downhill. Phone and email messages go unreturned. If there are any issues after you buy they pretty much ignore you. My car had an issue with a nail in the tire when it was delivered and they did nothing about it. They blamed the delivery company and that company blamed the dealership meanwhile the customer is left with the bill for a new tire. Additionally, the car was delivered with virtually no gas in the tank. The dealership couldn't even be bothered to fill up the tank despite charging the highest dealer fees around. I ended up paying for new and temp vehicle tags despite telling then multiple times I had the vehicle tags from my old vehicle. The dealership is a sham. They will lie and say anything to get you to buy a car, but will do nothing to help you after. I would recommend avoiding this dealership at all costs. More
