The finance My husband and I recently purchased an Infiniti Q70 at HGreg. Overall, the experience was great. Our salesmen, DT and Dairo, were helpful. The finance director, Nelson, and finance manager, Crista, both worked with us to get the best terms. Our only complaints would be that the appraisal of the vehicle we were trading took over 2 hours, and the appraiser didn’t have the correct trim listed, so the appraisal was considerably less. That was corrected though. Then it took another 2 hours to sign the paperwork. When it was all said and done, we were there for 5 1/2 hours. I wasn’t leaving with my new vehicle until 10pm. They were closed, and it was difficult getting off the lot. The gates were locked and they had cars blocking exits. I had to go back inside to ask someone to let me out. Also, my vehicle didn’t have a full tank of gas and had absolutely no windshield washer fluid. The windshield was dirty, and without washing fluid, it was difficult driving home at night on the turnpike. We still would recommend them, though, based on our overall experience. More
