Best Customer Service Everyone we had a pleasure to work with were very nice and caring people. When we walked in, we were checked in with the girl up front and then Marcos Everyone we had a pleasure to work with were very nice and caring people. When we walked in, we were checked in with the girl up front and then Marcos came and greeted us. Marcos was our sales consultant and he did a fantastic job. My boyfriend and I came in to look at a specific car and after talking to Marcos, he was able to help us find another one of the same car so that we had more than one option. We ended up buying the one he showed us as our Plan B because it was a year newer and just was a better car for us overall. After Marcos helped us find the perfect car, Christa in the finance department was able to run through a bunch of different scenarios with us. This really helped us in the car buying process since it was our first time buying a car together. She was absolutely wonderful and really cared about us. Not only did Marcos and Christa help us with everything but they both reached out to us the next day to ensure we were happy with our decision! We couldn't have done it without them. More

Marcos was the BEST sales man ever dealt with I drove 2 hours to get to this dealership, When I arrived at the Hgreg I was greeted by Marcos. He was wonderful to talk to easy going and very hel I drove 2 hours to get to this dealership, When I arrived at the Hgreg I was greeted by Marcos. He was wonderful to talk to easy going and very helpful. I made his life a little easier because I knew exactly what I wanted. I enjoyed my test drive with him very much, and he explained everything to me to the best of his knowledge. He did not B.S. me around like other salesman would, if he didn't know the answer to my question. because I did test him. I would definitely recommend Marcos to anybody else. During the dealing process he was very helpful even though he had another customers ahead of me. He always made sure to make contact and eye contact with me, which I appreciated while I waited for the dealing process. I soon realized there is no haggling with this dealership besides for your trade in. The price is the price plus the fees and taxes clear-cut. I tried to haggle them down a little bit more but no cigar! The process wasn't too bad, little long since I've been there since 1pm and I left after they closed. but that's also because I decided to take my trade-in and sell it at CarMax. since they would give me more money for it by almost 2k. The team members at hgreg weren't offended about it, because they can only offer you so much. which I understand and CarMax has $$$ deeper pockets. Still throughout the whole process all the staff was very friendly. Moreover I can't review too much about the financing department, since I was paying cash for my vehicle. But it was very easy and smooth. The rest of the process was pretty easy after that. I was a little disappointed in the detailing department or lack there of. The car was pretty clean when I took it for a test drive. when I left the dealership it was night time already, so I didn't get a good look over of the vehicle. The next morning I noticed the car was still Dusty like it was when I took the test drive. The rims were still slightly dirty and the inside windshield was hazy. So I take it, it never got washed, because the door jambs weren't wet but it still look good. Since we were buying the car for my wife. She had the biggest disappointment. Sometimes the little things go a long way. Therefore I would still recommend this dealership to anybody that doesn't want to deal with the B.S. of traditional dealerships. Their prices are reasonably Fair compared to CarMax where their prices are usually at Kelley blue book or above... In the end I drove home in my new car oh I mean my wife's new car HAPPY.
