Great people Walking in was unsure as to how this particular dealership worked. Was assigned to Emily to assist us, and she was so understanding and patient. She explained everything and took the time to answer all our questions. The inventory and selection of the vehicles is amazing, there is something for everybody. If I found one, anyone can. There is no pressure and Moises, Emily's co-worker was so kind and right there for us if Emily had to step away. From beginning to end every person we came in contact with was friendly and helpful. Nothing special about it Had a great sales person but found the rest of the experience pretty typical for a car dealer. Test drove the car one day and went back to buy the car Had a great sales person but found the rest of the experience pretty typical for a car dealer. Test drove the car one day and went back to buy the car two days later. Took way too long for everything. I was there for three hours even though I was paying cash. The dealer fees ($899) are close to double compared to other dealers. When I asked why they were so high I was given a condescending explanation from one of the managers. The car is for my son and had he not been there with me, I would have walked out over the hidden fees. I took the car to my mechanic and he found a couple of issues that were not included on the supposed "detailed inspection" I was told was done and was part of the outrageous dealer fee. Once all the paper work was done, they offered to send me digital copies, the document I received belonged to someone else. So glad to know they may have sent all of my personal information to a complete stranger as well. To top it off, I waited for almost thirty minutes to take delivery of the car. Overall, it is not quite the unique experience they claim it is. More

Great experience! My son referred me to HGreg whom I have never heard of before. We both made the trip to check out the 'newcomer' to the area from Canada. Pleasantly My son referred me to HGreg whom I have never heard of before. We both made the trip to check out the 'newcomer' to the area from Canada. Pleasantly surprised to see the inventory on hand from economic cars to high end vehicles. The rep was Eddie Bush and was patient when I did not buy anything on the first trip, but loved the test drive I took with a vehicle I had a key interest in. Told him I would return and ask for him again and to see the car in the daytime. Took the chance it may still be there. I did return three weeks later but did not buy that 'first' car I drove in and decided to go with same brand just a different color. Finance guy Ozkan worked with me and helped me meet my budget limits. When I returned three days later for a couple of things to take care of with the vehicle, Leo (service) took care of ordering something for the car and Ozkan took care of the tags....even one of the reps (unknown name) helped me with the snack machine. Everyone I walked past from HGreg said hello or if needed assistance. The only thing on the negative side, once you decide to purchase, is the wait between departments before you actually drive away so plan on being there for a few hours. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a used car/different experience from the dealerships. Thank you. More

Pleasant but could have been better. I had a great time, however there was a mistake on their end by not providing me key with proper functions (alarm, lock, unlock) for my new car, they I had a great time, however there was a mistake on their end by not providing me key with proper functions (alarm, lock, unlock) for my new car, they only gave me a key that starts the car and not a factory issued key. It was such a big inconvenience because i came home and locked my car and tried to unlock the car and it did not unlock. It turned out the key was not the right one. So I called back and they told me they had the key but they lost it. They need a better management system of keys and which vehicles have the factory keys but honestly they should have all the factory keys in their inventory. Although it was a hassle and I should not have been put through this inconvenience, they made it right with the help of their contractor and available resources. More
