Marcos helped me out, picking a few optimal cars and was honest when we reviewed them and test drove them, some we skipped because although the numbers looked good we could tell after looking at the interior it wasn't ideal, and he was honest about it which was refreshing. I found this dealership online through USAA's car buying app, had never heard of them before but glad I went, you are greeted as you walk in by friend I found this dealership online through USAA's car buying app, had never heard of them before but glad I went, you are greeted as you walk in by friendly receptionists and they even had someone walking around to offer chips and water. Our sales associate Alex Avila was great, very nice guy who took his time telling us about them and explaining how this dealership works, even though they sell the cars as-is looks like it goes through vigorous inspection to make sure it's up to par, there was a blemish we didn't notice at first and Alex worked with us to get it fixed which he didn't have to do so we are very thankful, also we went in pre-approved through our bank but Johny Calle took the time to see if he could find us a better rate and he did! All in all we had a great experience the only thing I complained about was the wait to get the car after paperwork finished - but who isnt ready to go in their new car by then - but it was busy and the guys washing the cars were working hard, I would definitely recommend this place as you'll get a great price on a vehicle and exceptional service! Step by step he assured us with honest and straightforward with opinions on the vehicle of choice which was a 2018 Camaro SS. After discussing about the car, he took us outside to inspect and view the car for ourselves. The car was already clean and as perfect as could be. I hopped in and we took it for a ride as Marco showed us all features the car had to offer. Then the rest was a breeze, the paperwork and payment was brought to us by proffesionals. Lastly they set on my Onstar account for me, guiding me step by step. I’m the most grateful for the service and expertise of HGreg as I walked out happy and content in my brand new car. Contrary to the usual dealers, you aren't received by a bunch of sellers looking for a prey to earn commission. Once I arrived and provided my name a phone number, I was introduced to a seller that explained how HGreg is different. I was a bit hesitant because of how different they are, but after being explained the process and was presented all the information in a transparent way, I was in! Thank you to our Sales Rep Robert, very friendly and honest. Crista demonstrated empathy and was very understanding of our feelings about car buying with children.
