Overall poor service. The sales person matched up to me (Maria) was very nice but spoke little English which created ongoing issues throughout the process. Numerous people had to get involved. I received several calls (some within the same day) from different people at the dealership asking the same questions. I was told that my vehicle would be ready to pick up at a certain time. Upon arrival, it took them over 30 minutes to figure out what was going on with the vehicle I purchased. It was clear that the paperwork had not be completed. I was told that the finance person who I dealt with (I paid cash) did not complete necessary tag paperwork and the dealership only had one other finance person working at the time I was there. In short, I waiting over 2 hours. During that time I had to walk around to get someone to tell me what was happening. I counted over 30 employees working that morning. Interesting that only one person can process tag information. More

Bait & switch We saw a car on their website that we were interested in. We contacted the dealership to confirm it was available. We called again before driving over an hour to get there and again were assured that they had the car. However once we got there they didn’t have the car. They couldn’t explain why it was still listed on their website and they couldn’t explain why they said is was there before we drove there. They weren’t even sure how long ago the car had been sold. Best car buying experience i have had ever. I have always bought new vehicles because i have been afraid of used car delaers. Man i am glad i went to HGGreg. They are awesome. We were thankful to be introduced to Marcos, who took the time to show us about 7 different vehicles. Marcos is very knowledgeable about the vehicles (very upfront) and we ended up trading in our 2009 Cadillac for a 2016. We couldn’t be more excited. We actually went in looking at a Mercedes but the Cadillac was a much better find and buy. Also visit Crista S in financing/titles she was great!! More

I found the vehicle I purchased online; the information provided was accurate, which made the process as quick as could be. The staff worked together to help me remember all of the things I should inspect the vehicle for to ensure I would be happy with the purchase after I left. They were also very friendly and accommodating. If I am ever in the market for a vehicle again, I will definitely return. I don’t like wasting my time, and these guys definitely made sure that was not the case. Their business model works in favor of their customers and just about everyone here hustles to please. More

Amazing place to buy a car When I first walked into the dealership I had already had the car I wanted picked out. One of my girlfriends and her husband had recommended I go here and see Manny. I am so glad that I did. He was extreamly nice and patient with me. We went on our test drive and came back at that point I had decided that ok this is a nice car let’s see about getting it. That’s when I met sweet Crista to discuss my loan. As we were talking she could tell I was a little indecisive about the car. (My heart was set on another car, but I really didn’t want my payment to be too high.) That’s when she asked me if I was sure this was the car I wanted because we want to make sure your happy. I then asked a few questions and she was unsure of the answers so she went to get Nelson. As he was taking to me he could also tell I was a little hesitant about this car. He asked me if I had another one in mind and I told him yes. They both recommended Idrive the other one and then come back and let them know which one I liked best. They said all they would have to do is switch the paperwork. So I test drove the car I had my heart set on. I told Manny I am glad he is a patient person because I can be difficult to deal with when trying to decide on which car I want. Manny was the one who got both cars for me to test drive. I did not feel pressured into buying a car. He told me to take my time with my decision because he wanted me to be happy with the decision I made. He even told me to park the two next to each other so I could compare them to help make my decision. I had finally decided on the one I originally came in to see. Nelson and Crista were very nice to work with in the loan department. All three of them were very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease with the car buying process. I did not feel pressured by anyone and was able to make a decision I felt comfortable with. I would highly recommend you come see them if you are in the market for a car. They have a nice selection of cars and they are very professional. They went above and beyond my expectations. More
