At that moment, he immediately started to talk to us about the benefits of buying through HGREG, he was very knowledgeable of the information he was giving us. He also search for the vehicle we were interested in buying, and immediately took us on a test drive. However, en route to the final closing, they didn't work well with my credit union at all. Not happy with the (cleanliness) condition of the car upon delivery. And when taking delivery, there was an insurance desk where they demanded that I call my insurance company to update my purchase on the spot. Unacceptable - never been ordered to do that in my history of buying vehicles. More

Sigrid from the on site insurance company (Florida one) was also very professional and didn't stop searching until she got us the best insurance coverage deal.
