No stress experience! I wasn’t sure what to expect when I walked in, but Alex quickly put us at ease and answered every question we had. He had patience with us and never once pressured us in any way. We looked at many different cars and test drove three of them. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and professional. He went above and beyond in taking care of us. Oskar was also the same, no pressure, answered our questions and we ended up buying a vehicle. It was also about an hour after closing time and everyone at the seaways very kind to us. I now hope and pray that the vehicle we purchased is as good as you all are and that it lasts us a very long time. More

Mr. Kaslif did a great job, he fought with the banks to get us the best business for us and he succeeded. Thank you. And Mrs. Sigrid was the last person who helped us with the insurance of our car and it was wonderful super nice despite being us the last people who stayed there and already be closed no one pressured us to finish faster and in the end Marcelo accompanied to our new and beautiful Audi, also very nice and attentive. Going in, you quickly realize this isn't the usual dealership. For one, the employees don't harrass you! I can't tell you how much more chill the environment is, especially because you're actually treated with respect. The prices at HGreg are final, so no haggling, and the sellers don't make comission, so they're not jumping at the quick sales and actually take the time to talk to you and get to know what you want in a vehicle. Alex Avila was wonderful with us, and bilingual, which really helped our overall experience when it came to understanding concepts and the implications mentioned in CarFax reports and things like that. We looked at approximately five cars and test drove two before making a decision. The employees are super patient with you and make sure you're at peace with your purchase. Crista in finances is the world's biggest sweetheart, and she also made sure everything was explained clearly. Finally, Sigrid in Insurance is an angel, who will search until she can search no longer to find you the best possible insurance rates. As a student on a budget, I'm super grateful for her and everything she did for me through my car hunting process. Overall, it was a great experience and I really felt taken care of and like the purchase I made was the best for me. Definitely recommend them. More
