There was also a gentleman who offered to fill up my tank before we left (I wish I had gotten his name) and manager offered to give me a full detail job in a few days. Overall great experience! When I finally decided on the make and model that I wanted, I began searching the Internet for dealers that had what I was looking for. HGreg had exactly what I wanted and at a price that was considerably lower than the competition. I searched high and low, and even considered those sites that would deliver a car to me that weren't local. Nobody could beat the value of the choices available at HGreg. The sales representative was very helpful and took all the time I needed to answer questions, drive the car, explain how HGreg is a little different than many other dealers and was just plain friendly. He, Scott Martin, even came in on his day off to make sure I got the car I wanted. It was the only day I could come in and Scott saw to it that everything went as smooth as possible for me. All the people that I dealt with at the Orlando HGreg dealership were helpful and did whatever they could to make my buying experience as pleasant as possible. The area that they need to improve on is how long it takes to get everything done. I didn't finance my purchase,and had all my resources and information available but it still took over three hours to drive away with my car. Each department took longer than I felt it should have to deliver the vehicle more quickly. Other than that, I can't say anything negative about HGreg at this time. As a matter of fact, I'm in the market for a second used car and am considering them at the top of my list of dealers to buy from. If they were quicker with their sales process, I would give them five stars. More
