Manny made the would "we need to get a car" fun Driving to the location, their was no mistake on where the dealership was. But I really wouldn't call it a dealership, maybe the used car auto mecca. My husband and I walked into the building and it was like nothing we have ever seen. We were greeted by a nice young lady who looked like she may have been training somebody. That is where we met Manny. We went to his station and we chatted about what we are looking for and what we did and did not want in a vehicle. (I didn't want a white car) So he patiently went thru all the cars we liked... there were a lot! Then we went thru the elimination process. I think we were able to get it down to 6 or so. LOL... we get out there and we were looking at all the cars that caught our eyes as well as the ones Manny had helped us pick out. He was so patient and it was blazing hot outside too. So after looking at the cars and eliminated some, we somehow added a few too. We got to test drive a few that made the cut... but there were two cars that I simply loved. A VW CC and a Mercedes C class (darn this one was white.) We really could not decide which one to settle with because they where equally awesome in by book. We called our auto insurance policy to see which would be less, difference of about a dollar. Thought about leg room in the bag. Asked Manny to sit in the back with us, seemed the same in both cars, so no help there. We flipped a coin! But my husband was not 100% sold. So I said fine, lets let the carfax help us. And it was still close. Due to one thing on the carfax with the VW CC, the Benz won. The white car won. Manny looked at me to make sure he heard me correctly, LOL. I told him, "I want the white car." And to top it all off, the music in the background was Michel Jackson's song Black or White. This was the most enjoyable stressful car buying experience I have ever had! More

Our salesperson and her manager were very concerned about customer satisfaction and they sold us a pre-owned minivan at a very fair price. HGreg has a friendly, inviting "haggle-free" atmosphere. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is there was a bit more of a wait to complete the purchase than expected (but that could have been the fault of our lender) and their trade-in offer was $4K lower than other dealers, so we will have to sell our old car on our own. More

Very disappointed with management, the vehicle purchased had paint underneath. The dealer never noticed ( so they claim) we already were home when we noticed the paint. We contacted the salesman “Glenn” watch was great and undersnding to fixing the problem. HGreg manager George, refuse to approve a company to remove the paint and they insisted on picking up the vehicle in doing it themselves. They picked up the car and after talking to George the manager, I explained that we wanted the paint removed and that to please ensure the cars clear coat was not damaged. He ensured me he was overseeing the whole process and would send pics or a video before the car was delivered. Needless to say they never happen After 48 hours with the car in their possession, the car was delivered. The car still had paint underneath and I noticed and some of the clear coat was Peel the back. I contacted George regarding this issue and his reply was we’ve done everything we can. I was very upset and frustrated, Nevertheless The facility looks amazing all the talk white glove treatment but their customer service sucks. I would never do business or recommend buying any vehicles with this company. I was inconvenience with having to get a rental, received the car back with paint and clear coat damaged. Because the company placed a vehicle on their lot there was not show room ready, after knowing there was paint under the car. Me and my husband were out of pocket for A rental and removal of the paint and touch up on the clearcoat. Our salesman followed up, and was very disappointed how management handle this issue and stated he would be talking with upper management. As of today no one has contacted us. If you want to purchase a vehicle take your business elsewhere!!! More

Several days after purchase we found a leaky tire and worn brakes. HGreg repaired the tire and replaced brake pads with no additional cost. No questions asked even though the vehicle was purchased “as is -no warranty”. Stop by and have a look. They have many vehicles to choose from. More
