This dealership has an organized non-stressful process which is customer focused and friendly. Jazmin Martinez, a nice and friendly sales rep, greeted us. She explained the dealership car purchase step process and put our wrong thoughts to ease. The process is organized OMG! Something we never experienced before in purchasing a car. She introduced us to Ameur Benaudia who is also professional and polite. We took the cars "of our choice" on a test drive. Ameur is knowledgeable about the cars and answered all our questions. One thing that stood out with Ameur is he is very polite and has excellent listening skills. We told him which vehicle we wanted and our terms of purchasing it. The manager Vince is professional, positive and knowledgeable. He care about you getting in the car of your choice hassle free. These three individuals are professional, friendly, polite and contributed to me purchasing the car of my choice at my terms. Kudos to you for being customer focused.
