EDIT 1/23/26: Lowering my review to 2 stars from 5 because of the dismal post-purchase experience. I will first reiterate that Jose was awesome and did his job perfectly. He is the reason this is 2 st because of the dismal post-purchase experience. I will first reiterate that Jose was awesome and did his job perfectly. He is the reason this is 2 stars instead of 1. However, there was a TPMS issue that was identified as mentioned in the original review. When trying to schedule the service appointment to fix this issue, it was so frustrating trying to get in contact with Hgreg. Calling the front desk would transfer me to the service department, and the service department NEVER answered the phone calls. I tried multiple days in a row and ended up having to drive 45 minutes all the way out to force them to schedule my appointment in person. THEN, when I brought the car in for service, they let me know that the TPMS issue was caused by the tires being overfilled and that the issue was fixed now. Hooray! Except as soon as I drove the car off the lot, the TPMS light went back on as if nothing had happened. I don't know if they were lying or just didn't do a thorough test after resetting the error code, but they clearly didn't fix the issue. At this point I'm through dealing with Hgreg and will be fixing this issue with another trusted mechanic. I'm just lucky this minor TPMS issue was the only thing wrong with the car for them to do a "we owe" service on. I'd be out of luck if it was a serious mechanical issue because I do not trust their service department. I would be very cautious buying from Hgreg, especially if there are any of those "we owe" items on the car. And that's not to mention the add ons that they require for buying the car. Jose was so great and helpful throughout the process. Very transparent and straightforward and answered any questions we had. We were also able to do a 3rd party pre-purchase inspection that caught some minor issues and Hgreg agreed to inspect and fix the issues at no cost to us before we bought the car. Definitely happy with the buying experience! More

I bought a car in February 2022 and they took me to pick up the car and see it in person after negotiations at night, closing the deal and making the payment. I was told it has to have another signature which won't happen until the end of this week. So now, three weeks later, I will not get my money and it will probably be 4 weeks till the check arrives. I live too far from Orlando to just go pick it up. I am more than a litte put off and would never deal with them again. They have my car worth at least 22,000 and my 6000.00 that they owe me. Real nice going. More

So i Bought a 2017 Cacillac XT5 about 4 months ago took on test drive and all seamed to be ok than at the 3 month mark i have had to replace the engine there is no way that they couldnt have not known that on test drive and all seamed to be ok than at the 3 month mark i have had to replace the engine there is no way that they couldnt have not known that the engine was going to go out espically at only total of 89000 mile and am still having issues after the replacement had to change out he fuel pump and its still in the shop trying to work out all the issues. I will never purchase an other vehicle from HGreg in orlando after i have read some more of the reviews on this company they are a bunch of laires and cheats they fall into to the total car sales image that everyone doesnt want to come accrossed. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER LAIERS AND CHEATS. JUST TO MAKE THE MONEY OFF HARD WORKING AMERICANS!!!!!! More
