Very nice staff and easy process but I gave 4 stars because the car I initially had came in for was unavailable and in service and they were not sure why. But due to the fact that they had many options because the car I initially had came in for was unavailable and in service and they were not sure why. Experience was good on the day of purchase. When I picked up the car the next day, there were no FOB keys , only the valet key. This was not mentioned at anytime during the test drive or purch When I picked up the car the next day, there were no FOB keys , only the valet key. This was not mentioned at anytime during the test drive or purchase process. This was disappointing since it cost $400 to get one made at the dealer since after market options were not available.
