This was the worst experience of my life. I purchased a vehicle, and Audi, that later found out, according to an Audi dealership, had been in a serious accident on the front end and looks as though it was vehicle, and Audi, that later found out, according to an Audi dealership, had been in a serious accident on the front end and looks as though it was covered up because the entire underside was bent and messed up. I have put about $13,000 into this vehicle fixing it and still have new issues everyday. They overcharge, because there are things that weren’t noticed on the test drive unfortunately, such as the window has a crack in it, the tint is rubbing off on a window, the back seat has a huge gash taken out of it. Just a lot of issues not only within the vehicle but externally too. And my experience at the dealership wasn’t good at all. They messed up my title stuff and I went on expired temporary tags for months even though they stated they could help me out and reissue me a new temp tag whenever the previous expired, every time I called they said sorry they can’t do anything about it. My salesman sat there and made me give him an outstanding google review before knowing any of this and before the process was close to being over. The finance guy was extremely rude. Our salesman told us to go into the finance guy and negotiate our numbers, when we tried the finance guy looked at us like we were idiots and laughed and said, sorry this is your payment. I wish I had never gotten myself into this debt that I’m stuck with. The water pump is now broken and that’ll be a couple thousand dollars so just waiting until I have the money to fix that. First experience and worst experience, will never buy from them or a wholesale dealership again. Don’t do it, not worth it for a nice “luxury” vehicle. More
