We had an appointment to view a car and Eloy was the sales person that was assigned to us. He was very patient and informative about the whole process and policy of the dealership. He took the time to explain things to us and show us the car. The car buying process is already stressful enough as it is and he made it as painless as possible. We had an issue with one their BDC personal regarding the grace period of our insurance. She basically called us liars and proceeded to talk crap about us in front of us. The manager did nothing about it and didn't even come and apologize to us but Eloy was very apologetic and handled it very professionally. I recommend him highly but the others were rude, especially that girl. If I knew her name I would call her out. She was more eager to go home than she was to get her job done. I'm usually not one to give retail workers or sales personal issues considering I've worked the field before, I used to work BDC in a dealership as well so to be called a liar about something I already knew about to my face was extremely rude. We didn't get an apology from her or the manager. But Eloy was great overall. He handled everything professionally, he took up for us and was very apologetic even though the time ran late and he had to stay later for us. In the end, he got my husband in a better car and we left happy regardless of the issue that arose. I would recommend this place 10/10 because of Eloy. The manager and the BDC rep are 0/10 due to lack of professionalism and their rudeness. More
