Mixed emotions Emily Gomez in the Orlando dealership was awesome. Friendly, helpful and caring are the words that I would use to describe our sales lady. Locating a Emily Gomez in the Orlando dealership was awesome. Friendly, helpful and caring are the words that I would use to describe our sales lady. Locating and test driving was a breeze. Buying our sons 2016 Maxima seemed to go smooth as well. They had a wide selection of vehicles to look through, that’s a plus. If you go I recommend asking for Emily and bring along someone who can really check things out. They don’t really check cars out after the auto auction and before placing them on the lot. Our experience: The day after our purchase we brought the car to a Nissan dealership to check everything out, which is where it went downhill. Transmission needed to be rebuilt, brake pads were less then 2 mm so they needed to be replaced along with the rotors which had groves in them. Plus, the SD Card (never realized it had one) was missing. Which meant the info center didn’t work properly along with the memory. We immediately took it back to HGreg, told them all the issues. They said we could return the car, find a new one (which none out In the lot had the same features) or have the transmission rebuilt under our newly purchased vehicle, they would replace the brakes and rotors for free in 6 days, but we would have to pay for a new SD card. Which was not cheap. Disappointed they don’t check cars out before placing them on the lot. If they did they would never have let anyone drive away with such bad brakes, total safety issue. I also believe they should purchase an SD card to make the info center work OR tell the customer it doesn’t have one. Plus they shouldn’t advertise that it has features that is not there at the time of purchase. False advertising. This is HGreg of Orlando, nothing to do with my sales person. We did keep the car and had all repairs done. The manager ended up giving my son 2 tanks of gas. 1 that day and the other when we brought it in for the brake job, since we live over an hits away. That was nice of him. However, the entire experience left us with mixed emotions. More

If you do your research you will find their pricing does tend to be lower than similar dealerships. Scott was knowledgeable about the vehicles and discussed pros and cons for each. The process with him was pressure free. I went back the next day and traded my car and bought a new car for myself. Scott assisted me with this transaction also. Same great experience. More
