WORST EXPERIENCE EVER: I bought a Hyunday Elantra (2017) on march 23rd with only 28.000 Please read this before doing business with this people. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER: I bought a Hyunday Elantra (2017) on march 23rd with only 28.000 miles, I had planned to take my family on a trip to Miami the day after... Vehicle looked fine, engine seemed to be in good conditions. To my surprise after 80 miles the vehicle starts making a loud noise that got louder and louder, to my misfortune I'm in the middle of the road on my way to Miami and had to stopped because the noise was unbearable. The car breaks down in Port Saint Lucy, I spent 6 hours on the phone with the insurance company trying to get a towing service willing to take me back to Orlando and that way we had to cancel the plans we had in Miami. When returning the vehicle the next day, they made me wait for hours to just apologize to me and say they are not in fault and that this could happen to anybody since they sell used vehicles. Please, if you appreciate your life and the life of your loved ones, take your business somewhere else. More

CALLED MANY TIMES AND EVERY TIME I SELECTED OPT. 3 FOR TITLE SERVICE AND I HAVE TO WAITED OVER 30 MINUTES TO GET ANSWER. THEY HUNG UP ON ME AND I HAVE TO CALLED BACK. THEN THEY SENT ME THE TAG THE NEXT DAY BUT IT'S ONLY HAS 2 MONTHS BEFORE IT'S EXPIRED. 3) THEY CHARGED $1000 ON TOP OF THE PRICE FOR TRANSPORTATION OF THE VEHICLE PLUS MANY OTHER FEES WHICH TOTAL OVER $3000. SO YOU THINK YOU GOT A GOOD DEAL? NOOOO... 4) WHEN YOU CALLED IN, YOU WILL GET INSTANT ANSWER IF YOU SELECT OPT. 1 FOR "SALE" BUT YOU WILL BE WAITING FOR EVER FOR TITLE, IT'S MEAN THEY ONLY WANTED YOU TO BUY THE CAR BUT AFTER THAT, THEY WILL DON'T CARE. 5) THE CAR WAS VERY DIRTY EVEN THEY SAID THEY HAVE ALREADY VACUUM IT.
