VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. STAY AWAY! BEWARE! NEVER BUY YOUR CAR HERE. VERY BAD CUSTOMER CARE AND AFTER SALE SERVICE. I BOUGHT A CAR HERE IN ORLANDO LOCATION AND PAID CASH FOR THE CAR. BEWARE! NEVER BUY YOUR CAR HERE. VERY BAD CUSTOMER CARE AND AFTER SALE SERVICE. I BOUGHT A CAR HERE IN ORLANDO LOCATION AND PAID CASH FOR THE CAR. 1)THE FUEL WAS COMPLETELY EMPTY WHEN I DROVE OF THE LOT. I THOUGHT THEY SHOULD HAVE A FULL TANK OF GAS FOR CUSTOMERS BUT THEY SUCK ALL THE GAS OFF. 2) I WAITED OVER 50 DAYS BUT THEY DID NOT SENT ME THE TAG OR TITLE. CALLED MANY TIMES AND EVERY TIME I SELECTED OPT. 3 FOR TITLE SERVICE AND I HAVE TO WAITED OVER 30 MINUTES TO GET ANSWER. THEY HUNG UP ON ME AND I HAVE TO CALLED BACK. THEN THEY SENT ME THE TAG THE NEXT DAY BUT IT'S ONLY HAS 2 MONTHS BEFORE IT'S EXPIRED. 3) THEY CHARGED $1000 ON TOP OF THE PRICE FOR TRANSPORTATION OF THE VEHICLE PLUS MANY OTHER FEES WHICH TOTAL OVER $3000. SO YOU THINK YOU GOT A GOOD DEAL? NOOOO... 4) WHEN YOU CALLED IN, YOU WILL GET INSTANT ANSWER IF YOU SELECT OPT. 1 FOR "SALE" BUT YOU WILL BE WAITING FOR EVER FOR TITLE, IT'S MEAN THEY ONLY WANTED YOU TO BUY THE CAR BUT AFTER THAT, THEY WILL DON'T CARE. 5) THE CAR WAS VERY DIRTY EVEN THEY SAID THEY HAVE ALREADY VACUUM IT. FINALLY, PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND AFTER SALE. THEY JUST WANTED YOUR MONEY AND THAT'S IT. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM OR YOU WILL FIND YOURSELF TROUBLE HERE.
