Rough flow but worth it! There was no cold beverages, no snacks, only a vending machine, a warm water fountain, and a soggy hotdog food truck outside. We did appreciate the plugs they had on one table only. Overall it just was not a comfortable place to be to spend the day. We also had to track down someone at the end to make sure the addon we bought was installed....and then took their word for it because we have no proof. Yes I understand you save money shopping like this but some comfort items and more plugs, a tv or video game section for the kids in the main room and not just the little train table area in the switch cars room would have been nice. Heck put in a trampoline and have parents sign a waiver. Something. More

There was no pressure to go above my budget, I actually got the exact car i was looking at online and they did an appraisal on my car too. I will be back for future purchases. Even though I'm used to the "back and forward pricing" to get to the final price, the experience of doing upfront pricing on my vehicle was pleasant. I won't lie, it was a different buying experience but well organized. I am the type of individual that get suspicious of sales people of any kind, but my sales rep Joel was very friendly and answered every question I had. He was very helpful, and honest! He worked with me on deciding the right BMW I was looking for. After I completed the deal of my 2015 BMW M235i, I took the car home and during my night test drive, I realized that the driver side headlight was not working properly. Next morning I sent a text to Joel Roman requesting for his help and in less than five minutes he replied. I informed him about the damaged headlight and his answer was "bring the car back, that a safety issue and it has to be corrected, I will contact a service tech and the problem will be fix" Sure thing, I drove to the dealership and after a wait time of 2.5 hours my car was fixed and delivered back to me. So I show up on Saturday morning to replace the headlight, Leo at the service desk is great extremely helpful but his hands are tied by the mechanics , but I have been sitting here now for THREE HOURS to replace a headlight. This is ridiculous!!! I wish I just got the part I could have done myself. More
