They don’t care for the buyer after purchase I’m ok with giving them one star for their options on cars. Reading the negative reviews on here sounded all to familiar. We got a voucher to have th I’m ok with giving them one star for their options on cars. Reading the negative reviews on here sounded all to familiar. We got a voucher to have the front tires replaced and were asked to wait a couple days for the tires to come in. I waited a week to call and found they were impossible to get ahold of. I had to look up the Miami location, call them and be transferred. 15mins later I find out they don’t make appointments but they’ll have the tires ready the next day. Bring it in the next day and they still don’t have tires there so I have to wait for them to be transferred over. 2 hours later tires are done. Less than three months after purchase the car starts making this aweful sound so I bring it in for an inspection at another location and learn the brakes and rear tires need replaced. This location tells us we should have the dealership replace all this that there is no way we could have done this in less than 3,000 miles. I assumed they would have done a more thorough inspection before selling a used car for $30,000. After calling and speaking to a manager they tell me that they can only wave the labor fee but we’d have to pay for the parts at their price. In all my years of car buying I have never experienced such a lack of care for the buyer after purchase. Very disappointed. More
