Disappointing experience. After purchasing the BMW I took it to the dealership for inspection and they pointed out the rotors were warped and the tires are bald and showing the After purchasing the BMW I took it to the dealership for inspection and they pointed out the rotors were warped and the tires are bald and showing the belts. When I reached out to the sales rep there was no response. When I left messages for the management there was again no response. BMW said this is very unsafe. Not good business practice. They say safety is a priority and something they check on every vehicle. Apparently mine slipped through the cracks. Now I’m stuck having to spend $1000 on tires after just purchasing it. More

Started off great So first let me say that my sales person DT was awesome. But that’s where it ends. I was sold a vehicle that I was told had been safety checked with e So first let me say that my sales person DT was awesome. But that’s where it ends. I was sold a vehicle that I was told had been safety checked with everything working as it should. Came back and purchased. Drove home from Orlando back to the Tampa area and discovered that the back up sensors, two tire sensors, and the side mirror were all broken. Took it to Chevy thinking it was covered under warranty only to find out it had been in a rear end accident. So I had to pay $1333 to have it repaired. Contacted HGREG to discuss being reimbursed for safety feature repairs that I was told were working only to be told that I am out of luck and that I should have driven the car back to Orlando. I advised that had they actually checked the safety equipment as promised I would not have been at Chevy to begin with. I would avoid this dealership. Most cars have accident histories on CarFax but CarFax only tells part of the story. They hide the other accidents that don’t end up on CarFax and you get to uncover them yourself later. All they had to do was pay for the repairs and everything would have been fine. More

He was patient and answered all of our questions and asked if we had anymore questions or needed any more info to just ask. The process overall up until the Financing piece was pretty seamless. It was a rainy day we were the first customers of the day and first to get out paperwork sent to Finance. It still took almost two hours for them to get approval and call us back to finalize. I realize that they are somewhat at the mercy of how long it takes the lending institutions to get back to them, however, with an 821 Credit score and all pertinent documents in hand one can only wonder if they were extremely busy how long it would have taken. This was the only negative part of the experience. Got a great car at a great price. More

Marcos was very thorough when explaining the car buying process through their company and made sure that all of our questions and concerns were addressed. The loan officer/gentlemen in the finance department was also very professional and displayed excellent customer service skills, but I cannot remember his name. We will definitely return to this location if we're looking for a vehicle in the future. More
