He made the process smooth and explained every thing to me, he knew i came wanting the red camaro. I gave him the stock number and we test drove the car. Did paperwork.. transfered title and insurance and then traded my vehicle for theirs. He really made it so easy. This place was super busy! With a huge inventory! But the transition went smooth. Everyone i met was very nice and personable. Explaining how everything worked. Im so far pleased with my experience. Id recommend anyone looking for a deal to come here! They have basic cars, all the way to luxury , SUV and trucks. The only thing is.. i wish they would have done me a solid and had the car cleaned before selling it. There was some cleaning residue on the doors. And the leather could have been cleaned. I obviously paid to get it done after buying it, but this is why i didnt give 5 stars. A complimentary cleaning would have been great for showing u appreciate doing business with your customers. More

No pressure car buying Came here on a whim since my poor VW Jetta was on it's last legs. Saw a Ford Fusion listed online that I liked and saw it was at HGreg AND that they a Came here on a whim since my poor VW Jetta was on it's last legs. Saw a Ford Fusion listed online that I liked and saw it was at HGreg AND that they are the only used car dealer in the area open on Sunday so decided we had to go check it out! Test drove it within 10 minutes of arriving and decided it had to be mine. Yahsira was wonderful and suggested similar cars and listened when I said I was set with the Fusion. I definitely recommend coming to HGreg to find a used car! More

Not the best experience I was impressed when I first got there. The salesperson was awesome and friendly. I was given the wrong car after signing the contract and waited almost 2 hours to get the actual car I selected. No one knew why my paperwork had the wrong car on it. When I got home I realized the finance person put the wrong finance company on the contract in several areas and added something to my contract that he never told me about or asked me if I wanted. Trying to call the dealership was the worse experience. You’re transferred all over the place and placed on hold for hours. I finally spoke to the finance manager and he told me he would email me with a summary of our conversation, get me a refund of the random charge and email me my fixed paperwork after our conversation and he never did. Nor did he call back to tell me anything different. I waited 2 days and decided to just drive the 45 minutes back up there to get it taken care of myself. After getting the issue resolved by another finance person, who actually explained everything to me I left. Definetely not a good experience. Won’t ever go back there again. More
