Good experience overall. Length of time waiting on finance/ billing to pay for car was long. We appreciate the low prices. Dedicated to you My family and I paid Butch a visit to look at a 2015 Infiniti Qx60. i explained to Butch that my credit was less than perfect due to a past divorce , My family and I paid Butch a visit to look at a 2015 Infiniti Qx60. i explained to Butch that my credit was less than perfect due to a past divorce , which resorted in two reposessions and credit card defauls. Butch listened to all my wants,needs and concerns. He explained in depth about what financing programs that were available to someone in my position. Butch and his team all put in a great effort to get me approved. They even took the time to reach out to some of their offsite bankers and try to negotiate an approval with them. In the end we didnt buy the vehicle due to not receiving an approval. But rest assured i left happy knowing Butch and his team went above and beyond to help my family out.
