Great Service. Excellent Sales people. I had a great experience at HGreg, The Sales people I dealt with were Mike B, and Alex R. Needless to say, when it came to the Finance Department, with Nelson and Jasmine it was very difficult in processing my paper work. They kept insisting that I needed a bank statement with my address on it. I provided other documents such as payroll stubs, W-2, Medical cards. They said none of them were sufficient. Jasmine stated that if they didn't receive the bank statement, that my application would have a 50% chance of being denied. I feel these individuals need a refresher course on customer service" being more compassionate towards your potential customers. After waiting for about 4 hours. I finally got to meet with Alex R, Who called the bank and verified what documents I needed and they said anything that had my address on it was sufficient.
