Brandalyn- 5 STARS! I was in between vehicles, trying to find the perfect car before turning my lemon into Chevy. Brandalyn made this car shopping experience by far the best I've ever had. I've bought several cars from several different dealerships and never quite experienced the dedication and positive experience she had to offer. After almost 3 weeks of checking out different cars at hGreg and test driving too many cars to count- we found the perfect car. Brandalyn was always on top of it for me and extremely patient- I'd text her to tell her I found a something online and she would have it pulled up for me ready to go before I even arrived at the dealership. Aside from the dealership being cheap; I asked them if they could get me a second key and a navigation SD Card as those were listed options and every car has 2 keys. But they refused to do anything for me. Spending over $43000 on a Mercedes-Benz I would expect way better customer service from the actual dealership themselves. I had a few things I was really concerned about on the car and Martinez, the shop foreman came over to look at it and assured me he would make sure I was satisfied when I picked up the new car. When I picked up the Benz his attention to detail and aim to please me was spot on- he did an amazing job making sure every concern I had was taken care of!! I would absolutely recommend anyone that is looking for a car to stop by hGreg and ask for BRANDALYN!!!! She's amazing and I absolutely LOVE my new 2018 Mercedes GLC300.
