No pressure to buy, but always ready to provide assistance and answer questions. Very patient crew, as buying a car can be a bit stressful. This team eased any stress or reservations I had in purchasing my truck. Thanks. More
Poor service after the sale After doing a lot of research online we decided to travel 3 hours to Orlando to see a few cars we were interested in at H.Greg. I was warmly welcomed After doing a lot of research online we decided to travel 3 hours to Orlando to see a few cars we were interested in at H.Greg. I was warmly welcomed and taken by Cadmar to see the 3 cars I was interested in. One had quite a bit of interior damage and the second was unavailable so I decided to take the 3rd for a test drive and ended up purchasing the vehicle. The buying process was easy and Johny was great at completing our financing which I already had pre-arranged with my credit union. I was issued a We Owe for a new tire (one of the tires was almost bald) and to inspect/replace the rear brakes (concerns of them being worn too low and rotors having deep scratches). Their service department was closed so they were unable to do it that day but told me to bring the We Owe into any H.Greg location and they would take care of it for me. This is where things began going downhill. Since I live over 2 hours away from the nearest location I called and asked if it was possible for me to purchase a tire and be reimbursed to avoid driving so far for just a tire. After many failed attempts to contact the service department (goes to voicemail and the mailbox is always full) and being transferred many times the manager finally agreed to reimburse me if I purchased a tire and had it installed myself. I also asked about being reimbursed for having the brakes inspected and replaced if needed which he agreed to as well. It just so happened that some family had come into town and wanted to take a trip to Orlando so I called and told them I would just bring it in since I was going to be in town and it would be easier. I drop the car off the night prior to have it service the next day and the guy who takes the key in the delivery department says absolutely nothing, so I ask him if he needs any information and he just nods and says "no, I'm good to go". I call the next day to check that my car had made it into service due to my interaction the night before. I was transferred multiple times before getting ahold of someone who could answer my question. They mention the car was ready to go and that the new tire was put on. Great. So I ask about the brakes and they say they are unsure and would have to get ahold of the service department and they would call me back. I never received a callback. I show up to pick up the car and was directed to the back, I walk right past Cadmar (My Salesman) who makes eye contact with me and doesn't say a word, just turns and continues talking to his co-worker (they weren't busy at the time). All I was expecting was a hello and maybe a quick inquiry about how the car had been treating me, the typical customer service treatment. I received nothing. I went back to delivery to get the keys and asked if they were able to check the brakes and the attendant wasn't sure and would have to ask the service department which was closed. I asked if they had a service receipt that showed what was done or the results of the inspection and she said they didn't. I was then told the car was "probably" right outside the back doors. We walked all the way through the back parking lot clicking the remote to find the car which was in fact in the front of the building in customer parking. At this point, I'm already upset. I decided to check to make sure the tire was in fact changed, which it was. I then check the brakes and noticed they hadn't been changed which completely put me over the top since I had never received a callback and was limited on time there in Orlando. To top it all off on my way home I receive a call from one of their departments asking me if I am the guy who fixes windshields... How unorganized can you be if your mixing customers and vendors information up? This is one of the few bad reviews I have ever given a company. Completely disappointed with how everything ended up. Would never buy a car there again. More

Great Prices. No Sales Pressure. I bought a truck at HGreg Orlando and it was a great experience. Ours sales guy Butch wasn’t pushy at all and made sure we had all the information we I bought a truck at HGreg Orlando and it was a great experience. Ours sales guy Butch wasn’t pushy at all and made sure we had all the information we needed to get the truck we wanted. We got the truck for $2k below kbb which was great. The only reasons this isn’t a 5 star review is because 1) the finance manager was extremely pushy when it came to trying to sell us extended warranty and gap insurance which we weren’t interested in and 2) it did take quite a long time to get the truck after all the opera were signed. They washed it up for us which was great, but I definitely feel the process could have been expedited with a little better communication from the finance guy once we signed the papers. However, if I am having to be that knit picky to find something wrong with the dealership, clearly they did a great job. I would recommend everyone go there to buy their next used car! More

great place First of all, lengthy research online showed that HGreg had the best balance quality/price. Once there, Eddie proved to be a seasoned salesman, offer First of all, lengthy research online showed that HGreg had the best balance quality/price. Once there, Eddie proved to be a seasoned salesman, offering just the right amount of assistance - which was deeply appreciated. He even went out of his way to procure us some bottled water, that day the dealership seemed to have issues with it so he stepped in. We had a long and tiring day, as we drove almost 3 hours to get there and 3 hrs back, but in the end we got the car we hoped for, financing was exactly what we wanted, the car was prepped and we left with it at the end of the day. Everybody was helpful and nice, place was clean and smelling good, inventory extremely large and well adjusted quality/price, I can only hope they will solve soon the issue with the drinking water :) Thanks Eddie and Kashif, you are fondly remembered every time we climb in the car we already love. Waste of time and very misleading advertising I can't say I was ever as disappointed in a car buying experience as I was recently. I thought I found my dream car Thursday night. I filled out the i I can't say I was ever as disappointed in a car buying experience as I was recently. I thought I found my dream car Thursday night. I filled out the interest page and began calling Friday morning. I send my id, copy of the commitment confirmation and credit card info. The manager was very slow to respond to each request to communicate and it took almost 4 hours before I was told everything was ok to make the over 300 mile trip to see my car. After passing 2 exits on the interstate, I make another call to confirm the location and am told my vehicle was sold. That there had been a pending sale on it since the previous Tuesday and the customer had picked the car up that morning. It is after 3p before this is communicated to me. So he offers to send a link to his business so I can see if there is something else I would like to see. I find my car again this time closer to me in the Orlando store. I inform him of my interest. He puts the deposit on the newest choice. It is confirmed with me twice more that I am on my way to the store to see the car "because he is sorting the cars now" and again when I call for the address it is asked if it is for the car I reserved and when I acknowledge it is the car "great. It's ready". This is around 4:15p-4:30p. I arrive at the store at 7:15p. I sit through the presentation of "who we are", "our safety" and "satisfaction policy". All along, I am very excited and anxious to see MY CAR! After what felt like an hour, I am finally about to see my car. I am approaching this black car in the dark and it is looking so beautiful to me --- until I am up on the car. The salesman (I had to grab as the one assigned to me could not be found after several attempts to call him had been made) opens the driver door and my face drops. The silver interior is scratched down to black in many areas and some pretty big areas, the steering wheel has a huge hole in the leather that is layers deep. Many buttons are not discernable because they are worn down to white. There is a screw in the front right tire. There is so much dirt on the car, I begin to wipe to see if it is a scratch/dent/dust. The rims have chrome missing on all of them down to a dark dull gray. There is a note on the windshield "oil change/center console". I ask is that something still to do and what else are they planning to do and when will the car be ready to leave as I was prepared to purchase the car on the spot. He leaves to check on my questions and I see the center console is missing half the door. The half that is there has one of its two hinges broken. He comes back with they will fix the tire. Now I am livid and on the verge of tears. I have just driven 3 hours to find this and "we don't negotiate". They misrepresented the car's condition. The car was not what they reported it was worth. They used kbb pricing for a car in excellent condition and this car was most certainly not in excellent condition. So it was not a great deal as they fraudulently used the wrong rating to price the vehicle. I didn't even bother to test drive it once I saw other features not working while we waited for him to return. We showed him the pics they loaded to the site and pointed out how none of the damage was shown or mentioned. I asked if this car was ready for me since they knew 3 hours earlier that I was coming, why didn't they at the very least clean the car in an attempt to show they wanted my business? Why if they are so safety cautious, did I have to find a screw in the tire in the dark? If they knew about the damage to the center console, why was nothing done to fix it or adjust the price? I only received comments like "you're right. I don't know. We should have" None of which helps me in my predicament. I am still in the market to buy two vehicles but I will never go to any of their locations. The person brining me to get the car is also in the market for a car as well as a few other of my friends and family and they have all been made aware of my horrible experience and no matter the price listed, will not come here. And if you're wondering, no there was very little effort made to earn my business. The cashier that had to give me my deposit back asked "you didn't want the car (after having come so far" and a man presenting himself as a manager of that location asked me to get a hotel and spend the night so I could come back to look again at other product. My friend asked if he was paying for that to which he immediatly answered no. Other than that, no efforts to earn my business. No escort out of the building and no apologies for anything else. More
