The process was not difficult. The salesman I worked with, Alex Avila was great! Very personable and helpful. He did not pressure me to purchase. I made a purchase the same day because I was lucky enough to find such a great deal! They do not haggle prices here. Their dealer fees were quite a bit higher than other places I received quotes on other cars I was considering purchasing. But I got a much better deal on the actual price of the vehicle I purchased, so that outweighed the higher dealer fees. Bottom line is, do your research and do what works best for you! The purchase process was smooth. The finance gentleman I worked with (I think it was Johnny) was very helpful and answered any questions I had. I cannot comment on what type of financing options they have because I had my own financing. I did not trade a car in, so I cannot comment on that part of the process either. Seagrid, the insurance specialist was very helpful. She has great customer service skills! I found the entire process to be seamless. Bottom line is if I need to buy another car (won't be doing that any time soon) or if someone I know needs a car, I would definitely recommend looking at what HGREG has in stock! More

Long wait time. The salesman, Diego was very responsive to questions and requests but the rest of the process is something to be desired. After selecting the car we wanted, it was a minimum of two laborious hours to get poor financing offers (822 credit score). I took the best of the worst to get out with the idea of refinancing the car loan with my bank. The deals are good if you don't mind the long waits and $899.00 dealer fee which you should incorporate to the car price to find out what they are really asking for the car. More

The thought Marcos put out to get me into the right car was amazing. When i entered HGreg i was clue less, no idea what kind of car I wanted. Considering I’m a 21 year old girl I had no idea about cars just what looked nice to my eye and what didn’t. I think I made him pull like 6 cars before i actually fell in love with my BMW. What I loved about this place and caught my attention was that if anything was wrong with the car any services would have been needed to be made they would take care of it right there and then before driving the car off the lot. And each car he pulled he would give me the car fax and his personal opinon which helped a lot. Helped me think about the future. He completely treated me like if i was his daughter and that thought was amazing. Because I remember buying my first car at offlease only and I asked for a different sales person because he was so dry. This time at HGreg i enjoyed the entire experience. Not only that. The lot is much more cleaner. They have great quality cars and many you can find without any damages reported or accident reports. I would recommend HGreg and Marcos 100 percent! Thank you! More
